The first big step was the freshman initiation program A , New Meaning in Junior Year I and the opportunity to prepare exciting tortures for the fresh- ies. Numerous friendly competitions throughout the year, such as the mission drives and the Mardi Gras booths, were sponsored by the hard-working officers.
