w., 'Y J, N. V if . if I ,ry txjjj j, IJ gem Fzmzwy ,aw 7755 While checking through the pages of the T965 edition of Who Isn't Who in America, the sequel to Who's Who , we came across some very familiar personalities and were amazed at their many and varied achievements. DOROTHY ANDERSON and her CO-Pilot, MARY RIETMAN made the first successful flight to the moon Choneymoonj in their jet plane, the And-er-man Dream. The attendance record at the Metropolitan Opera was broken recently by the great' sopra- no, JANE POWELL, whose rendition of Sonny brought tears to the eyes of the audience. Seems that MELISSA SWINDLE, thanks to J. R., is no longer called Miss-Y . CAROLE COCHRAN, the famous Tower Model, has just recovered from the injury sh received recently when the 8 inch heel of he right shoe broke. PAT MALONEY, better known to the basket- ball world as One Shot Maloney , attributes her popularity with the spectators to the fact that she sings while she shoots. GLORIA GERBER was voted Sad Face of the year by the We Cry Mourners Association. KAY POIROT, famous Hollywood actress, was signed recently by Cecil B. DeMilIe for one of the title roles in Samson and Delilah. It is a shame that in the end her long and flowing tresses must be cut. The question now is: Who will play Delilah? i MARGARET GULDE'S small stature made it possible this last year for her to earn millions. She stays inside refrigerators to see if the light really goes out. The fact that GAIL HERRMANN, prominent and eccentric Hickland Socialite still drives her Studebaker hotrod, the Blue Beetle , is a con- stant source of amusement for her friends. Much acclaim has been given ANNE KING for her performance in the Ballet, Two Silhou- ettes. Both parts are danced by Miss KING' Wl'10 is known as the shadow artist. KAY ROBERTS, wreckless driver of the year hgs recently added to her long list of honors the Bobel Prize for completely revising the Chinese language and for introducing Tweet Language into the Celestial Empire. Professor MIDA LOY NELSON has announc- ed to the world her newest formula, NA6KSO- 4H2SO7-AL46H2I, to be called Growing Pills. The first woman ambassador to Peru, KELLA SASUEDA, saved the taxpayers of America a lot of money by doing her own secretarial work. Bellview hospital has achieved great fame because of a nurse, TEXIE MAE SISSON, whose smile has brought many new patients to the hospital. All the patients recover, however, because of her personality and cheerfulness. The most outstanding performance this post season in Carnegie Hall was given by SHIRLEY when she got the piano in an uproar by tickling the KEY5 . The HANDLEY name has become more prominent because of JUNE and EARLINE who won the national roller skating contest doing the performance, Rolling Waves. MARIE HODGES has perfected the perfume Suffocation , which will last a life-time. DAWN NICHOLS is now making her home at Zing Zing. She was caught sticking up a gum factory by mistake while looking for a ruler and compass for Geometry. U The best advertisement of the year was written by the President of the St. Mary's Grad- uating Class of 1953, It read as follows: Don't get in debt deeper. - Buy where food is cheaper, Waddle down to the Wiggley QUIGLEY Owned and managed by HELEjjl. .
