That curly chestnut hair frames an expressive, decidedly pretty face and empha- sizes the sparkle in those blue eyes. A person of the finest feelings, she best expresses herself as her fingers glide melodiously over the key- board. Her writings are a reflec- tion of Ruth herself, by the things she says and the way she says them. Musically, socially, and scholastic- ally, Ruth is an all-around A-l girl. '5- BETTY DETTEN Sincere, ambitious, understanding . . . That's the lass with the paint brush. And iust take a bite of that delicious angel cake she whips up for birthdays. Um-m-rn!! But cook- ing isn't the limit to her abilitiesg she can sew and play the piano and . . . but that is enough!!
