The rest of the day ' s schedule includes: a beautiful breakfast prepared and served by the freshman class, more graduation practice, the senior awards assembly, and the final Tie Ceremony. The big day has finally arrived, and 222 graduates make their way, under the beautifully decorated arches, to the bishop, who will present them with their diplomas. After weeks of tiring practice, it is all coming to a close. Firmly clutching their diplomas with heavy hearts, the graduates of 1961 leave the stage of their last performance at St. Mary ' s Acad- emy. Families and friends watch as the new graduates make their way to the congratulation? and hand shakes awaiting them. i Miss Mary Louise Hickey, solo dramatist, presents George Bernard Shaw ' s Py- gmalion.
