I . .J B, v Lv: v ly, v I v V x Y5 OUR PRIESTS Father Kelly was born in Troy, New York, attended St. Peter's Academy, and completed his elementary and high school course at La Salle Institute, from which he was graduated in 1919. After two years at Niagara University, he entered the North American College, Rome, Italy. He was ordained to the priesthood there in 1927 and received his doctorate in theology at the Roman University de Propaganda Fide. Since ordination. Father Kelly, in his twenty-seven years as a priest, has served as Vice-Chancellor of the Diocese of Albany, professor of logic and psychology at the College of St. Rose, pastor of Visitation Church. Schuylerville. St. N1ary's Church.
