C7 an clfisfofzfy . After eight long years of anticipation and planning, We were finally admitted into an entirely different sphere of school life. Upon entering Freshman class we realized we were in a new and different atmosphere and were doubtful as to our status in High School. We became more fully aware of the fact at the Freshman dance where we were initiated by the Seniors. There was also a serious side to being a Freshman, as we soon realized, when we were intro- duced to Latin and Algebra. As Freshman We were also permitted to attend the social affairs and added to the gay crowds at the Friday-nite dances. Our second year as a successful high school student en- abled us to secure a position on the third floor. One of the main events of being a Sophomore was the selection of our class rings, a prize possession to be cherished for many years. The study of French was added to our curriculum acquaint- ing us with new customs and ideas. At last we reached the climax of our school years. We were juniors, this meant a selection of Commercial or Academic studies. Our class was divided in number but not in spirit.
