PORTS W 2 ,L , 2 If locker doors could talk they would have many an interesting tale to tell. They witness our enthu- siasm and determination as we report for our first practice session. They see our eager faces, hear our thrilled voices, and feel our hopeful anxiety before each gameg and they watch the tension mount as the season progresses. When victory is ours, these doors are triumphantly slammed shut and the echo of our jubilant spirit fills the room. When we must accept defeat, the doors are closed slowly, quietly, and a sympathetic silence pervades the atmosphere. Our locker doors, indeed, know the true spirit of our school. May the memories they hold for us remain with us for a long time to come, and may we feel again and again the pride and joy of being a part of St. Mary's.
