You Shall Know Them The Most Reverend Brian D. Usanga Auxiliary Bishop of Calabar Marked by a great zeal for the cause of Christian educa- tion, The Most Reverend Brian D. Usanga, who was the first priest from Nigeria to study in the United States, came to Dodge City to complete his work for ,J his undergraduate degree. From Saint Mary of the Plains Bishop Usanga went first to Saint Louis University then to, the Catholic University of America in Washington, where he received his doctorate. The College is singularly honored to have had a share in furthering Bishop Usanga's plans for the work of his diocese. The Reverend Bernard Konda, a familiar figure on the campus during the first two years of his undergraduate work, will be ordained this spring and will celebrate his first Mass in the Immaculate Conception Chapel of our college. Congratulations and prayers for the future are extended by the Campanile Staff to our three new priests and the Most Reverend Bishop Brian D. Usanga.
