X In the Church of St. Mary's sweet voices shall sing. . . The primary purpose of a Catholic education is to bring the student nearer to God in order at he may better under t d th s an e ways of Divine Providence. ln every activity, we have been eminded of the Devine Presence and assistance. Daily, the ringing of the eight o'clock bell as called us to Mass where, before His altar, we have offered Him the prayers works 'o s I I ' Y I nd sufferings of the day.l' Together, we have raised our hearts and minds t H' So o us n at the onsecratlon and have received Him in Holy Communion. Many bells have rung for us here at St. Mary's calling us to significant event s. were the nes on Ring Day which quickened our hearts as we listened to the words invoking God's erciful care upon the seniors, the ones which inspired us to sing out Mary's praises on December ighthg the ones which caused our hearts to tingle and our spirits to soar at Christ's new Birth, e ones which resounded as we entered the church for the May Crowningg and finally, the ones which the Seniors hearkened as they walked up the aisle and attended Mass, together for the ast time. All these bells, happy and sad, have brou ht us l ' g c oser together and have increased our yalty to and love for God and His Blessed Mother.
