Foreign Language The Foreign Language Department under the direction of Mr. Berard has managed to instill in the students a working knowledge of several of the Romance languages. Mathematics The goal of the Mathematics Department is to provide each student with an extensive background for college level Mathematics in the broad scope of this field. Courses range from elementary algebra and geometry to the advanced fields of trigonometry and introducing calculus. The girls are taught by Mrs. Hamilton and Miss Delrraites whose program encom- passes exercise and sports. il
