DIANE CASTONGUAY Two years Sodality prefect. This alone speaks for itself. Diane is the ever-ready-to-lend-a helping hand type, who has taught devotion to duty not by word but by example. We know that she will con- tinue her apostolate in the world of tomorrow. MICHAEL BROWN Fun-loving, easy going. Michael is one of the most likeable seniors at St. Mart.in's. With his brains and personality he can rise to the heights .... if he chooses to. MARLENE MARTIN Marlene 's smiling disposition and her agreeable manners have made her a general favorite of the student body ever since her arrival at St. Martin 's. She is a sincere and efficient worker and we know that her cheerful smile will be missed by many of the underclassmen when she graduates. ibm, 2

CAROL ALBERT Carol is the typical modern business woman. Shorthand to her is just a maze of hieroglyphics. Her plans for the future include an office equipped with the latest in dictaphones and automatic trans- cribers. She excels on the typewriter when she re- members to turn on the switch.

PATRICIA LAPLANTE Why did we nickname her Mousie ? Not because of her retiring dispositions, Not because of her happy character! Perhaps because she can intimate her happy dispositions into every circle she happens to be! She is sought after, not chased. WALTER DUPREY Dunnie the class comedian. An ardent worker, he likes to test his ability by solving intricate mathe- matical problems, but above all delights in making people laugh. NORMA DESCHAINE Editor-in-chief of the Victoria, of the DeTour, cheerleader, active member of the Sodality and Glee Club. Norma will continue to contribute to the welfare of those around her.
