GRADE THREE Oh., ztls simply beautiful! just look at those enormous trees! Oh. look at the 'silvery waterfall! Wouldn- t it be grand to take a dz-'ue into those inviting waves? Such are the thoughtsof the jolly little fellows as we ride along on our dream trip to the New York World's Fair. Here we arein the land of trains working so busily, that we almost make ourselves believe we are actually touring the United States. What fun discussing'and running our trains. It makes Aus feel as though we are real engineers and observers enjoyingthe scenes from the rear car. You needn't think this was the only trip we took this year. We ve been even abroad with the Queen Mary We almost forgot about our air trips. They were thrilling - especially in the dark when we flew through the air like night hawks. - We certainly had imaginary trips and we wished you could have been there to share the joy. 4 .r 1- ' ' . 4. G R A D E FCJU R Fantastic is our imagination especially when it comes to reading. We soar-swiftly over hil1.muivale from country to country. There isno need of modern transportation for our enthusiasm carries us along on invisible w1ngs.' We find ourselves in a shaded 'vale as the onlookers of' a very stirring phase in our life uf our hero. Sigurd.'See him throw hisblazing sword inthe vicious dragon's throat Then again we see how with the aid of his worthy steed, heleapsover the wall of fire which surroundsthe castle. At last he bears away the prize, for after the struggle comes the crown. Boom!! to earth again!! What fortun- ate spectators of a most thrilling adventure. We are sorry that the end came so soon. Alas! ....... all things come to an end and so does our stay in Room 4. ADIEU 'TIL SEPTEMBER. 5
