GRADE TWO The little amateurs of St. Margaret's have chances and outlooks in becoming professionalists in the science of subjectssome day A gong now and then will not hinder them from becoming over am- bitious and talented in the arts of music and speech. Their un- daunted courage in delivering their reports in Social Studies, answering questions in Religion, reading expressively with the spirit of an orator, has won the admiration of pastor, religion instructor, and principal as well. Not only the upper grades wear away their mindson the mechanics of grammar and literature, because our tiny amateurshave'become accustomed with the correct sentence senac,correct usage, unity of thought in composition. They will now say goodbye since they have arrived to the time when Madame Vacation will invite thwmto the long lummer's rest and you will find them again in'Sebtembsr cheerfully working a- Long with-their instructors and new books.

GRADE THREE Oh., ztls simply beautiful! just look at those enormous trees! Oh. look at the 'silvery waterfall! Wouldn- t it be grand to take a dz-'ue into those inviting waves? Such are the thoughtsof the jolly little fellows as we ride along on our dream trip to the New York World's Fair. Here we arein the land of trains working so busily, that we almost make ourselves believe we are actually touring the United States. What fun discussing'and running our trains. It makes Aus feel as though we are real engineers and observers enjoyingthe scenes from the rear car. You needn't think this was the only trip we took this year. We ve been even abroad with the Queen Mary We almost forgot about our air trips. They were thrilling - especially in the dark when we flew through the air like night hawks. - We certainly had imaginary trips and we wished you could have been there to share the joy. 4 .r 1- ' ' . 4.
