LIVING OUR RELIGION Saying the opening prayer for the Legion of Mory meeting are Patricia Clausen, Barbara Skaar, Judy Miller, and Justine Robb. The Basilica of St. Mary welcomes the students and faculty of St. Margaret's who are beginning the year with opening Moss, offered by The Right Reverend Monsignor James M. Reardon, P.A. pastor. For the morning rosary and prayers during the day. Marguerites make visits to the chapel on the first floor in Main. Conducting the annual retreat from March 14-16 were the Reverend Francis Fleming, Glen Lake, Minnesota, refreatmaster for freshmen and sophomores and the Reverend Richard Madden, O.C.D. from Holy Hill, Wisconsin, for the upperclassmen. To develop true personality and character is not os easy os it sounds. Looking over a textbook in Religion IV are Mary Brewster, Rosanne Williams, Mary Jo Born, and Barbara Joyce. Every May the student body takes part in a procession in honor of the Blesesd Virgin. Crowning the statue of Our Lady is Margaret Coshman, most Mary-like senior of '54, attended by Mary-like representatives from each homeroom.
