Accenting the Spiritual Emphasis to the spiritual is given by opening Mass, retreat, prayer, and mission activities. As a Catholic Students' Mission Crusade project, Mary Scheinost, Korol Meu-nier, Shirley Luke, and Marion Radatz address greeting cards to lepers in Hawaii. Prayer in Chapel is possible every day and especially during annual retreat, October 7 to 9. Pictured celebrating Mass is Reverend Francis Fenelon, who served as re- treat master for underclassmen. Reverend Howard Ralen-kotter, CP, (lower right) gave retreat conferences to upperclassmen. Special prayers are said each Wednesday when the three upper classes gather before the statue of St. Joseph for weekly devotions. Dedication of the entire year to God is made by students (upper right) as opening Mass, celebrated September 25 by Monsignor James M. Reardon.
