Haden Hall of Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral was filled to over-capacity by people anxious to watch Their girl receive her nurse's cap. The Bells of St. Mary's, Holy Art Thou, and This is My Country, set the mood for the solemn services. Dr. Philip Byers addressed the class after which Miss Stickels and Miss Hyatt presented our caps. Misses Gail Moxley and Mary Humeston received awards for having the highest and second highest grade averages during the first six months. Looking at our parents and friends we could see that they were truly proud of us as nurses and admiration for us was evident in the words of every- one. To us capping was more than just a milestone, marking the way to things more difficult. It was an inspiration to continue making people proud of us and to find a place in a work so close to God. ,,.,, - 2
