This familiar phrase holds many meanings for the members of our class. It means that we have reached the half-way mark. This transition began abruptly last September with the beginning of Special Ser- vices, the adjustment of working 'shift duty', and being in charge of a floor for the first time. As Juniors, we experience different aspects of nursing--each one presenting a dif- ferent challenge. Our foggy concepts begin to give way to a better understanding of the old 'theory to practice' relationship. It is an exciting year of new experiences, responsibilities and maturity.
