Earl Stokes The STUDENT COUNCIL is the governing body of the students. They have set up a calendar of dance dates and other school social activities. They plan the assembly programs and radio broadcasts. A coke machine is operated by them for the convenience of the students.- At Christmas they placed a Christmas tree in the main hal'l and headed a campaign for food for needy families.,Perhaps the biggest job they have accom- plished'is the writing of a new school constitution which pro- vides for a larger Student Council. Our Student Council is affiliated with the National, Southern, Florida, and- district associations df Student Councils.
