Beta Chapter of Gamma Pi Epsilon was installed at the University in I947, under the direction of the Rev. Patrick J. Holloran, S.J. Qualifications for membership are leadership, loyalty, service and scholarship. Appointment to the society is the highest honor that can be awarded a woman student.
