With the motto, Organized Disorder , the class of ll-E had achieved much on the sports field and in class participation. In the drive for Dr. Dooley, 56.54 was donated, and still later, in the P.T.G. mem- bership drive, il-E obtained lOO'Xt. On the field of play, this class has placed a student on the football varsity squad: Cecil Santos. The foot- ball iunior varsity had P. Hui and B. Awana. The in tramural season showed ll-E gaining a second place berth in basketball. The leaders of this class were: Russell Gouveia, President, Patrick Torres, Veep, Earl Kaiura, Sec., and Joseph Spencer Treasurer. The maior domo of this outfit is Mr. Daniel Yee. I I

Guiding this class were: Ben Araki, Prexyg Warren Kiilehua, Veepf Rod Haraga, Sec. and Denny Chai, Treasurer. On the scholastic side, Honor Roll men were: Thomas Mendonca, Beniamen Araki, and Warren Kiile- hua. ll-D'ers also made a name for themselves in sports. Leo Lau was on the varsity football team and saw a lot of action. ln basketball, Dennis Chai was a stellar center. Junior F was ably handled by their Homeroom teacher Mr. Don Yee. The class officers who turned in a brilliant tenure were: W. Kaohu, F. Dung, W. Ching, D. lsa, M. Fukuda, and J. Carreira. Two men of ll-F were able to get on the Honor Roll, Francis Dung, twice and Merv Fukuda, once. Al- though few made the Honor Roll, many came close. M944 Sam Cummings and George Leong lead the Junior F'ers through the intramural basketball and football seasons respectively. Mac Lum earned a berth on the J.V. basketball while Francis Dung, Merv Fukuda, Jack Pelander, Wait Kaohu, Hugh Taufaasau, and Art Machado participated actively in varsity sports.
