X OS? to properly assess the ofterings of their fellow men, to separate the wheat from the chaff, to distinguish between apparent good and everlasting good. 'Ir 'k ul' 'k Gaudy allurements will attempt to divert our Crusaders from their quest of the eternal Holy Grail. Their Christian values will be assailed by pretensions and tawdry motives. But, steeped in a knowledge of our ultimate goal, these knights will shun the aftectations of a degenerate society. 'A' 'A' 'k 'k The Crusaders of '60 will be battling for the best of possible reasons: the honor and glory of their Lady Fair, the Blessed Virgin Mary. And with such an inspiration spurring them on, they will inevitably supress the agents of confusion and ignorance with the light of order and truth.

i Like knights Ioosed from their apprenticeships, the Class of '60 is about to venture out into a materialistic world, ready to ioust with the dragons of Communism, commercialism, and apathy. it 'k 'k 'k Well-armed are these modern day Crusaders with the fruits of four years' education under the able tutelage of the Brothers of Mary. And well-armed they will have to be to survive, for the world is a knight errant schooled in deceit, delusion, and dissipation. Every thrust of the lance of evil will have to be met with a counterthrust of the sword and buckler of good and fortitude. ul' ic 'k it The Senior Class will find itself constantly frustrated by the banalities of a crass, indifferent world in the years ahead.
