DONALD YEE If we don't kill that centipede, we'lI never finish the annual. The i960 Crusader, which you now hold in your hands, is the product of many assidious hours of work. The aim of the Crusader is to produce a yearbook worthy of St. Louis, a year- book which provides a comprehensive written and pictorial summary of the school year. Work on the '60 Crusader began early in November, when thirty-plus workers drafted the initial makeup forthe yearbook. Following count- less revisions and additions, the final dummy sheets were ready in January of 1960. Under the persevering leadership of the editors and the faithful cooperation of all stat? members, one third of the annual was completed by the four- teenth of January. Many man-hours of sweat were put into the final makeup sheets .... Friday nights, weekends, vacations were sacrificed for the Crusader. There is no question as to the quality of the '60 Cru- sader, by far the best in St. Louis history. It was a long uphill, we encountered many obstacles and overcame them! With the constant and able assistance of Bob Morgado and Paul Lum Lung, we were able to forge ahead and produce a yearbook truly representative of St. Louis.
