x,,l Juniors at Rosary and Benediction The Junior Sodality, consisting of fifty members, was led by Prefect Ronald Pacheco, and his assistants, Paul Won, Esidro Adlawan, and David Yoro. Holding their meetings in Bertram Hall basement, the Junior Sodalists took part in a number of activities throughout the year, among which were the toy drive and Catholic Press Month Poster Contest. Under the capable direction of Bro. Edward Maushart, the iunior sodality progressed notably during the year. The Junior sodalists will soon receive the happy burden of spreading filial piety to the Blessed Virgin Mary, when they take the places of the departing Seniors. Led by their capable prefect, Donald Caindec, and his efficient assistants, Albert Lum, Thomas Lau, and Ernest Lee, the senior sodality undertook many proiects during the year. The Catholic Herald Drive, and the sale of Christmas cards, were two of the many proiects sponsored by the seniors. Meeting semi-monthly on Wednesdays, the forty-six sodalists discussed many topics concerning their themes, Parish life , and To God through Mary and Her Sodality. With Moderator Brother Oliver Aiu leading the way, the Senior Sodality began to instill in the school a spirit of enthusiasm towards Mary. There goes the buzzer ending the seventh period of the special sodality schedule. A number of sophomores hustle to their lockers, deposit their books and with celerity are on their way to their respective meeting places. One group is headed by the Prefect Joseph Ornellas and the other by the Vice-Prefect Robert Marciel. The Sophomore sodality held Rosary devotions and attended Mass in the Chapel. In effect, these actions reflect the ambition, devo- tion and good will of the sodality, Moderators of the sophomore sodality, Brothers Robert Nunes and Bernard Medeiros, rendered guidance and assistance whenever needed.
