x'fG11 of Ha wa if lil-Jamlv Benlamin Alvarado George Balmo ,ff KZ' Alfred Akau And the boys came marching home' From the Battlefield of War to the Battlefield of Learning returned these staunch Crusaders For a while they had been away from their Alma Mater fighting that the nation of Korea might long enloy the freedoms of a democratic na ion They left nation might not crumble under the powerful blow of the sickle and ham mer Now after two years these gallant soldiers leave behind them the bloody fields of hate the guns and tanks which either spit fire and death or remain silent forever the indispensable ships and planes the blood thirsty cries of the enemy Their new weapon against the enemy is a firm American education for which they have returned to Kalaepohaku And in the years to come as they leave these stolid halls their education and the memory of Korea shall push them forward to their goal a free world under God To these men of peace and to all others who in future years shall loin their ranks go our prayers and wishes for the best of luck They are the men of tomorrow' They are the men who will bring peace and God back to our confused war weary world' is fljfxfl lj! if . . . t. . their homes, their loved ones and all they cherished so that an unknown - , I I . .
