' dngmfflie Sportsmanship was thoroughly stressed by the coaches in all matters whatsoever, and never can it be said that this vital virtue was overlooked for some less important detail. Sparked by the vicious line thrusts of Val Freitas, and the spectacular off-tackle plays of diminutive Albert Forsythe, coupled together with the feared pass combination of Herbert Okamura to Walter Cabral, the Crusaders landed near the top of the heap, being second best only to a great lolani team. These Gallant Knights did not add another championship to the glory of St. Louis, but they did stand out because of their outstanding feats of sportsmanship and courage, A..-kk. , , 8, , n., - 1 fs.
