Twenty of the converts were high school students who received the Sacra- ment on March 22 at St. Patrick's Church with Fathers Brendan Furtado and George Meinzinger administering the waters of salvation. On March 23 at Sacred Heart Church, twenty-five members from the grade school Convert Class were baptized by Fathers Thomas Hogan and George Meinzinger. Working under the supervision of Brother Edward Mulvaney, the members of this organi- zation ushered at football qames and other events, reserved sections for St. Louis students and maintained order. Their armbands marked them as efficient workers. Their unseliishness in performing services for the school was shown by their regular reportinq to duty throughout the year.
