The 1973 Track Team Coach Kenneth Kemp, head coach of the 1973 track team. ' ♦- Coach Tom Couste was the weight-men coach for the ' 73 team. The 1973 Track season was a success- ful one. The team had many young mem- bers with the good leadership of the sen- iors they worked hard to improve. The team placed fourth at the District Track Meet and was the runner-up team at the Regional Meet. Asa result of the Re- gional meet, we sent two relay teams and the discus to the State Meet in Baton Rouge. The younger members will miss the graduating seniors, but they will work hard to fill their shoes. — Coach Kenneth Kemp 63
