Service Squad Under the direction of Mr. Thomas J. McGwynn this year's Service Squad flourished into one of the most efficient organizations of the school. It was the task of these men to set up before and clean up after the school dances and prom as well as the various Parent's Nights. Little is known about the many small tasks which they take care of on the spot . These are the men who toured the cafeteria after lunch periods and cleared off the tables left squalid by some of the thoughtless students. A job well done by the Service Squad in action.

Placement Department The placement service has been organized over the years to be of assistance to the young men who are about to graduate. Through past experience we have found that our graduates have been fortunate in securing a position that was a stepping stone to bigger and better opportunities. Because of the background of business subject matter, many of the leading business firms in the city call upon us each year to help them secure office personnel. Some of our students have been placed with the following companies as bookkeepers, stenographers and typists: American Pinspotters, Equitable Life Assurance Company, First National City Bank, Chemical Corn Exchange Bank, Sheridan 8x Duncan Trucking Co., Vilas and Hickey Brokerage. Rev. Brother Alfred, O.S.F. Placement Director Rev. Brother Alfred, O.S.F., ocquaints James Cox about a position as a stenographer with a leading steamship company. leonardians listen attentively to a talk given by Brother Alfred concerning the requirements necessary for obtaining a good position.
