School Dances During the course of the year, St. Leonard's High School held three dances, the first of these being the Catholic Business Education Dance. The Thanksgiving Hop was second on the list, while the Valentine Dance rounded ol? the course of the year. All three were held in the school cafeteria. Edward Reilly was the host of the Thanksgiving Hop, dancing with everyone on the floor including Mr. Arioso's fiancee. John Desmond's an- tics were enioyed by all. Rock and Roll was the center of at- traction at the Valentine Dance. Four singing groups and John Desmond supplied the music and the comedy that evening. The C.B.E.A. dance was topped with Bob Sirignano's rendition of Because of You and Rosemarie lreardi, a young lady of St. Josephs' Commercial entertained with another beautiful song.
