Lions Start Baseball Season St. Leonard's LION growled once more this year as the i960 Baseball season started. The Lions miss Brother Victor, O.S.F., last year's coach, who brought the team to the cham- pionship games. But where one victor left off, another took over. Mr. Arioso, a new member of the factulty, took over the team. He has had many years of experience and has played varsity ball throughout his high school and college years. Tryouts for various positions on the team took place in the latter part of March. Approximately fifty students in all tried to make the team. Out of this overwhelming number, Mr. Arioso chose fifteen members. Frank Pepe, Steve Saporito, Frank Manzo and Sam Kennison returned from last year's team. There are eight games on this year's schedule, six being league games and two practice.
