Annual Lenten Retreat The Annual Lenten Retreat was held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of Holy Week for the entire student body. Through the courtesy of Rt. Rev. Msgr. Paul Faustman, Brother William, O.S.F. was again able to have the retreat conducted in the beautiful St. Matthias Church. Father Fergus Pease, O.F.M., Cap., served as retreat master. In order that the retreat master would have more free time to devote to the students private conferences and confessions, several members of the student body were assigned to lead the prayers for the retreat. The retreat exercises were con- cluded each day with Benediction of the Most Blassed Sacra- ment. Father Fergus brought the retreat to a close by im- parting the blessing of Our Holy Father, Pope John XXIII, to the assembled student body.
