I .., ,' Ll THE BELLAIRES Linda Giovannone, Terry Hammill, Jerry Durant, Ronald Anderson, Gerald Crump, W. Arquiett. We the students of St. Lawrence are proud of our dance band, the Bellaires. The band has been organized only for two years. In this time, the band has become very popular with students, not only atSLC but with students from other schools in the surrounding areas as well. It is one of the factors which contributes to making us all proud that we are students of SLC. Keep up the good workl Although we were off to a small start last year, with so few available string players, we now have many more students, both in the grades and in Junior Hightaking ad- vantage of the string program. This, plus the addition of our woodwinds and brass players will give the orchestra the added boost that it needs, and should put it on equal level with other such groups around the area. It takes long practices and much patience in developing the skill of any sport especially basketball.
