Five different courses of History are of- fered to the student at St. Laurence, World History is the Freshman course of study. It is a brief outline of World history from the pre- historic times until now. Modern European History is an elective taught by Mr. Ondrla for Sophomores. Junior year the compulsory American History is given. Many students are lucky enough, well perhaps the word is not lucky, to have, perhaps the strangest and most unusual course in the school. Mr. Rezek's enlighten- ing course in United States History. Recently added to the Laurence cur- riculum are the Senior courses Current EventsfChicago History taught by Mr. On- drla and Departmental head Mr. Rezek. 136 f History 3 Q iliwrning illrnm Heist iztake 1. 4 J ........-......- i 1ll 'itll I 'av l fg. - ,ul ai g 'E X . eeitt g Above Left: Point.
