Q' Hike learn About amber St. Laurence's Math Department again offered a wide variety of interesting courses. From freshman Algebra I to the complex Calculus II, every student was of- fered an opportunity to challenge himself to his fullest extent. Although Algebra I and Geometry are required for freshman and sophomore students respectively, Algebra II and Trigonometry and Math Upper Right: Mr. Fowler explains a problem on the board. Far Right: Mr. Pivarunus's class gets back an exam. Middle: Mr. Fowler ponders over a tough ques- tion. Far Left: Mr. Kruska demonstrates a geometry problem. Bottom: Mr. Pivarunus collects a homework assignment. 134 f Math Analysis are offered as electives to further brighten and expand the student's interest in mathematics. Other electives included Math Topics and Calculus I which is a prerequisite to Calculus II. Overall, the knowledge of parabolas and complex numbers to hyberboles, elipses and calculus applications were taught successfully. 'X' hw M.
