Library facilities were always in demand but particularly during the fifth hour when a majority of the students had a study period. There was reference reading to be done, reports to be prepared, books to be selected for reviews and analyses and data to be verified. In the senior year, the library became a second home to many for one quarter at least. It took much delv- ing in books and encyclopedias to find adequate information for a research or term paper. These sophomores learned the library's facilities at first hand. In World Around Us, Top: Carolyn Gustanski, Elaine Jean Gwarda, Maryann Jakubiak, Marcia Ellen Jaworski.
