Directed by Barbara Jemielity, the play was presented on March 5, 6, and 7 of 1982. Katie Garvey, as the Fairy Godmoth- er helped bring the scenes together and explained them to the audience. In The Way Out Cinderella Tom Houk was the king, Doug Graczyk played the prince, and Colleen Goddard became the modern day Cinderella. For The Fun Of It! The intramurals sports program pro- vided a lot of good competition and fun this year for all who participated. The program inc luded football, basket- ball, volleyball, bowling, and softball leagues. Almost as important as actual performance seemed to be the team nicknames. Participants displayed a lot of creativity with such names as The Plastic Surgeons (who specialize in face jobs ), Blood Sweat and Beers, Bubba ' s Warriors, and Dukes of Earl, who were the basket- ball champs. With the help and hard work of fac- ulty moderator Mr. Tom Gerencher and student director Tom Seitz the program turned out to be a big suc- cess. It provided an opportunity of non-varsity competition for those who participated, and a lot of entertain- ment for the crowds who showed up to cheer their favorite teams.
