Francis Noll, D. D. In recalling Bishop .Noll ' s thirty-one years of service in the Fort Wayne Diocese, Saint Joseph ' s High School can be listed as one of his outstanding accomplishments. Through his fervent desire and extreme gener- osity, the construction of our school was begun on October 26, 1952. With its opening in September 1953, a secondary Catholic education was offered to students of South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, and Niles. It is truly fitting that the first four- year graduating class of Saint Joseph ' s High School pay tribute to the man who made possible their school.

FACULTY Principal BROTHER REGINALD JUSTAK, C.S.C. Superintendent REVEREND MICHAEL VI HURAS Vice-Principal SISTER MARIE des VICTOIRES, C.S.C. Brother Reginald, Father Vichuras, and Sister Marie des Victoires. Christ, the Teacher, whose purpose it is to show us His love and His way, still teaches us through the reli- gious teachers we have here at St. Joseph ' s, the Brothers and Sisters of Holy Cross. Their purpose is to direct us on our road of education, and by their direction make us good Catholics and good citizens. We, the Seniors, are indebted to the faculty and to the administration forever.
