• • • t edication We, the Class of 1953, humbly and gratefully dedicate this yearbook to Saint Joseph. In our four years at the Academy we have come to love and cherish him and the two persons with whom he was so intimately associated, the Infant Jesus and the Blessed Virgin Mary. We hope that Saint Joseph will be our example in pa- tience, obedience, prudence, and our model in labor. We pray to him for the sick, for the afflicted, and for a happy death. We ask him to be our father, our protector, and our guide to salvation. We beg that he grant us that we may obtain a greater purity of heart and a love of the Holy Family. “Saint Joseph, Our Patron, have each of us always in thy keeping that following thine example, and borne up by thy strength we may be able to live holily, die happily, and so enter into the everlasting bliss of heaven. Amen.”
