Mr. Salameh gives the team some last minute pointers before a crucial game. The varsity soccer team under the direction and guidance of Mr. Gus Salameh, completed the 1965 season with a 41-5-5 record. The team Was sparked by the scoring of Fred Brandt, John Gleason, Steve Herbst and John Dragon. Both Brandt and Dragon were among the top offensive players in the county. The Falcons' defensive team was a major factor in the teamis vic- tories. Hank Wozniacki,s stellar play at fullback and Jeff Guild's outstanding job at the goalie position proved to be vital in the F alcons' wins. Underclassmen Ray Sliva and Bob Pitzner are looked on by Mr. Sala- meh as next year's leaders. I 1 E , Steve Herbst and Ray Sliva scramble for ball in soccer tourney. John Dragon moves past defender.
