(a) To Reverend J. G. Bennett, our princi- pal, we leave our love, respect, and gratitude not only for the wonderful deeds he has done for each one of us, but for the patience and kindliness that he has manifested to all. (b) To Sister Adeline, our loving teacher, who has shown so much kindliness, and charity to us during our four year course, we leave also our gratitude, respect, and love, for we can say over and over, that we’ve never had such a won- derful teacher as she, and a teacher that will never be forgotten by us, nor in the history of our school. Item 2—To our Juniors who are struggling to reach the goal which we have now attained, we wish much success and happiness. (a) I, Catherine Pence, bequeath to Agnes Schivell, who has not broken the recor d of gum chewing at school, will leave all that is to be found under the desks, and thereabouts. (b) I, Ursula Vanderbosch, bequeath to Albert Lemish, all the pheasants in the United States. (c) I, Alice Klinker, bequeath to Esther QO O--6- 6 2 OSS SSS SSS OSSSOOSSOSLSSSOOSOSOOE SOS Muzzillo, my geometry book, since she has struggled so diligently to learn it from cover to cover. (d) I, Catherine Pence, bequeath to LeRoy Beber, the task of collecting advertisements for our school paper. (e) We, the Seniors, bequeath a barrel of pickles to Bernadine Fetter. (f) I, Ursula Vanderbosch, bequeath to Mary Liss, my inability to cook. Item 3—To the Sophomore Class who has always shown us a wonderful time, we leave our good luck and hope that they too may have the same chance. Item 4—We, the members of the Senior Class do furthermore will and bequeath these several items: (a) To LeRoy Beber, we will and bequeath a cake of Lux toilet soap hoping that he may still have a movie actor’s complexion. (b) To Arnold Seifert, we leave all our smiles and happiness thus hoping that he shall have a smile for every girl he meets. Item 5—We, the Senior Class, do hereby designate and appoint as our Executrix, Miss Alda Mansfield, who with such assistants as she may wish to employ, shall be responsible for the carrying out of the several and collect- ive items of this our Last Will and Testament. We, the Senior Class, do solemnly swear and affirm the above articles to convey our Last Will and Testament, in witness whereof we affix our signatures this sixteenth day of May in the year of our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-three.
