AND HE ADVANCED IN WISDOM It is the job of the student to seek out the truth. Father Gross presents the Louis F. White Glee Glub memorial award to Terrence O’Hagen at the Parent’s Day concert. Knowledge comes from many sources . . . and by many different methods. The prime aim of any college is formal education. So it is with St. Joseph ' s. While attempting to transfer its learning to the student the faculty works also to make him think for him¬ self. Knowledge is no longer handed to him in a set mold. With a good measure more of subjectivity and seeming contradictions of the pat def¬ initions and phrases used in high school, he learns that he has to work for real understanding of a subject. 6
