The long brown path before me leading wherever I choose. St. Joseph 's is a stop along the open road Whitman writes of. The road of life. When we leave here, we continue our journey along this road. We attend grammar school, junior high and high school. But then the choices set inf Do we go to college right away? Do we get a job, or even get married? Or do we choose a combination of these? Whichever it is, each choice brings with it other choices. A veritable potpourri of choices await us. Through much thought and preparation, notwithstanding SOME spontaneity, we try to choose wisely. Sometimes we succeed sometimes we fail, but always we are moving on. Moving on to a world full of life, adventure and learning: learning about ourselves and the world we live in, moving on to bigger and better things. St. Joseph 's is a step in that journey, and though it will always be a part of us, now comes a time for the inevitable moving on. We, as seniors, have our whole life ahead of us. The world is ours- if we choose to take it. St. .loseph 's College hekrs to prepare us for our journey through life- and for that we thank the college, the staff and faculty, and all those involved in our college experience. We hold these times and memories dear, and will look back on them with fondness. And so we take our leave. We go forth: where we can, as best we can, and as much as we can. We strive toward that ever elusive dream of happiness and contentment. Always we shall work toward it, always we shall be MOVING ON 1125 'ffl' ,I X ig'--.. X 'Ap -4 gg -Li-E?
