Could a more regal purpose be found than this one of the Marillac Association of Catholic Action, known on campus as the MACA? The members visit the poor and sick and aged in their own homes and in institutions. We learn the joy of imparting our knowledge by serving as teach- er-helpers in the Mother Seton school. As we treat neighboring children to good things at the Charity Fair, prepare and deliver Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets, or distribute Catholic periodi- cals, we learn the true meaning of Catholic action and the joy of fulfilling Our purpose.
