Though few, we equal in number the Senior class, and pride ourselves of having proved their superior in sports, especially bas- ketball. We gained this superiority when we beat them, or should we say smothered them under , in two consecutive basketball games. In doing this we had a slight advantage over the Seniors due to the fact that half the Iunior class composes the greater part of the A Varsity team. In taking an active interest in sports, we have not become lax in our studies, and, especially, in our religious duties. This latter statement is proven by our perfect attendance at Mass on First Friday. and the amount we have given to the Propagation of the Faith, the class having the highest average in the school. We wish to thank all our teachers for their patience in teaching us English, history, chemistry, and mathematics. We wish to thank especially our home-room teacher, Bro. Stephen, who has taught us the two hardest sub- jects, chemistry and mathematics, and also for the excellent way in which he taught us religion. We wish to thank him also for his pamphlet library. We feel sure that next year we will be capable of replacing the Senior class of 1944. CLASS OFFICERS PRESIDENT e E s , . .E W Edward Leyendecker, Ir. VICE-PRESIDENT . ..-s,,..- Walter W. Stein, Ir.
