Qdminiftrcition Growth has been a key word for the St. loe faculty this year as they have made plans to help our school to grow. Attending workshops and visiting other schools have helped them formu- late a philosophy and plan a curriculum that is in keeping with their beliefs as to what St. loe should be. Basically, St. loe stresses respect for each person and works for the development of community - a growing from I to we Faculty and students strive to extend their awareness of community to our brothers in the larger Christian, civic, and world communities. Through development ot values in a Christian community, our school attempts to integrate all phases of growth and learning - with teachers and students both growing and learning. St. Joseph Academy is sponsored by the Sisters ot St. Joseph ot Carondelet, a faith community in the Church, who believe that unity of neighbor with neighbor and neighbor with God is possi- bleg they strive through prayer and service to be ambassadors of this reconciliation.
