The S.L. eleven, under the watchful eyes of Coach Re- gina and Assistant Bob Cote made a glorious debut .qw Captain Al Roux Right End in Triple F competition. They successfully disposed of teams of top-notch caliber such as Portland, South Portland, Cheverus and Westbrook. They acquired further proof of their right to the highest classifica- tion by copping defensive honors, yielding a meager total of 30 points in nine games, 16 to unbeaten Thorn- ton and seven each to South Portland and Cheverus. Captain Al Roux was the team stand-out and received due r e c ognition by being chosen on the All Maine Team.
