DURING CATHOLKC PRESS MONTH a number of new books were added to our library. Two of the librarians, Ruth Fritz and Carolyn Smith, are discussing the latest edition for the library, Girls, You're lmportant, by Father Sielcmann. ANNUNCIATION SUNDAY UN NIARCH 27, the first vocation institute was held on the Academy ground of St. Joseph Academy, Tipton, Indiana. Almost a thousand young women, Sisters, adults and priests attended. The purpose of the Institute was to show the workings of the religious life of the Communities of Sisters active in this diocese, and to bring before the young people the shortage of teaching and nurs- ing Sisters. The need for more vocations both at home and in the .47.
