Ron Salazar climaxed a successful four years of football at St. Ioe when he was named to the left halfback position of the All-Paroke squad. Switched from an end position, Ron capitalized on his experience gained in the line to earn this award. Meddie Thyfault, a symbol of power and rug- edness in the Bulldog line, also merited an gill-Paroke rating. Completing four years in a Bulldog grid uniform, the Babe operated off the offensive center and defensive lineback positions. Don Eagle, a two year student at St. Ioe, has established himself as one of St. Ioseph's better basketball players. After three weeks of strenuous practice, the boxers from the parochial league made their way into the city audi- torium for the third annual Parochial league boxing tour- nament. TKO's by the dozen, decisions that were close all ac- counted for one of the finest tournaments the Parochial league fans have ever seen.
