And strengthening ties of FRIENDSHIP 'Gigi fri Santa Claus may be coming to town, but he first pays a visit to the school bringing fun and gifts for everyone and especially for his favoritesg Sr. M. Leandra, Sr. M. Celsia, Sr. M. Louise, and Sr. M. Harold. Friendship as the link that binds human- ity, is an important factor in school life. High school friends are bases of lifetime friends, and the principles acquired in youth are those employed in later years. Begun in the freshman year, a friendship toward the school and teachers is established and nur- tured, until in the senior year, an invisible bond unites the students with everything for which the school stands. The school ring, as a symbol of loyalty, is an outward mani- festation of the intrinsic love which binds students and alumni to their Alma Mater. The Rev. David Falvey, O.S.A., points out the need for Catholic Journalism to Judy Oslowski, Ronald Kubiak. Paul Moss, Janice Guzejko, Maryann Or- chowski, and Carole Toczylowski who canvass Villa- nova territory.
