This year, we the Seniors of 1977, would like to dedicate this yearbook to a woman of boundless energy, never-ending motion, and revolutionary spirit, our librarian and history teacher, Miss Karen Sue Wilson. Courageous, loving, dedicated, an informed and interested citizen, and a true (Christian, Miss Wilson has become our example to follow, not just a teacher, but a person with a great love and devotion for each student here at St. Joseph. All of these things yes, and more; for she is no meek, mild-mannered librarian. Underneath Miss Wilson hides a fiery spirit, making her a stubborn and immovable opponent when the occasion demands. On the other hand she can also be a loyal supporter, as the basketball teams well know. No matter where the Bulldogs played, we were certain to have at least one cheering fan. Miss Wilson graduated from the University of Central Arkansas and practice taught at St. Joseph in 1975. The next year she became a full-fledged teacher and proceeded to steal our hearts while filling our minds with knowledge. Miss Wilson, in two short years you have become a central force in our school, raising our standards to the highest level and supporting us at all times. As you have taken our school into your heart we take you into ours, and say we love you and thank you.
